Riot Training Excersise Conducted In East L.A. After Lakers Go 3-1 On Magic
Gotta love the commitment by Laker fans. In true BDW fashion, some Laker fans have crowned the team before they even win the thing by sacrificing the suspension systems of two innocent vehicles whose only crime was to stop at a red light. They didn't tip the vehicles over or set them on fire (or stab the person next to them in the stomach) which could indicate that this was all a practice run in anticipation of Sunday night.

Milk is so middle America. In LA, the "vatos" are a little more passionate. In the previous version of this post (don't think you can sneak it away that easily Ben. The moment you hit "post" it's recorded forever), I'm pretty sure that trial run was covered by the ESPN LOS ANGELES! WEST COAST! SANTA MONICA! team. After all, it's not like they miss a chance to remind the entire country there is now a studio ootside Bristol.
ReplyDeleteThe initial post had a picture of a riot from the last time the Lakers won the championship, since the extent of the riot was just jumping on two cars in east L.A. i figured a bonfire ootside staples center wouldn't have made sense.
